ASDA Pharmacy

It says here that the pharmacy opens at 7 but was here at 6:55 and waited for nothing. Decided to ask and they confirmed it was 8am. For anyone coming in for an early prescription pick up, please remember this.

There is always a long wait every single time I need speak to the pharmacist or order a repeat prescription. No consistent procedures each member of staff will tell you something different. Really slow and inconvenient have to make multiple journeys just to get medication. Very disappointing

Tried buying morning after pill from here but the pharmacist tried to sell me the £22.50 brand instead of the levonorgestrol generic brand which is £10 saying that that you have to fill in a longer form even though I had a chat and filled in the form for "levonorgestrol" saying that they are closing but it closed at 10pm and I got there just before 9pm , luckily their contact less was not working in the whole store for Google pay so I wasnt able to buy it and waste money , cheeky lady !!

This must be the pharmacy in London where the service is the slowest. It’s not unusual for a pharmacist to take 5-10 minutes to locate an already packed prescription from a shelf 2,5 meters away.

Never answer the phone, call repeatedly at quiet times and they put the phone down. Refuse to help by ordering prescriptions or taking payment in advance to save a journey to the pharmacy. Don't carry medications needed meaning two trips are necessary to order and then collect.

The service here is just terrible, the staff do not care about people and their medical issues at all - they are all in the wrong line of work. Their staff messed up and didn't record me collecting the previous prescription inhaler, so now they are refusing me my current inhaler prescription that was approved by my gp - Now I have to suffer without an inhaler due to their mistake. Thanks a lot you awful people!!!!
