Service is terrible, very bad English, no service.
I’m not one to do reviews, but this is a fármaco, and the way they treat people is unbelievable, not sure why they work there if not happy

I've been with this pharmacy for years, and especially recently they have been very helpful and supportive. One of the lovely pharmacists helped me sign up for the prepaid prescription when I was just too ill to figure it out by myself! They may be small but they're particularly friendly!

The staff are so helpful & will go out of their way to help you especially the pharmacist who is way nicer & more helpful than the 1 who owns the chemist up the road.

The Groves Pharmacy is incredible, as a walking Pharmacy myself - I can certainly say I know them well! The pharmacists are really knowledgeable and very helpful, but the most helpful of all are the fabulous ladies who get to see my silly face every so often, Jhanu, Ola & Ella are fantastic, they give amazing advice, care and consideration, but always with a smile 🥰

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced, they forget to give medications they say are in the bag, then they blame the customer saying you are lying. They make mistakes with dispensing of medications and sometimes don’t have meds ordered. They lose details such as prepayment certificates and then tell the customer they must have forgot to pay for it, then don’t apologise when given the details again. They often get names badly mis pronounced/ don’t ask how to pronounce it, they lack cultural sensitivity and are terribly disorganised and unkind in manner. They lack basic customer service skills.

The most helpful of pharmacies. Everyone is kind and polite, and service is fast!

If you go to the pharmacy and you ask for 2 specific cough medicines which they do not have in stock, they offer you an alternative which you buy. Having got home and read the ingredients, see that 1 of the ingredients gives an allergic reaction return said item in box and unopened within the hour you won’t get a refund an alternative or anything. I told them they should have a sign saying check all ingredients before you leave. Brilliant, so you can now wait just as long in the pharmacy as you do on the phone trying to get an appointment to see a GP marvellous.

You guys need to show some respect for your elderly and frail customers. If you tell some one if you have received your tablets by a certain time then ring dont act all disrespectful to that person when they ring to find out where their medication is. Ohhhh and this is medication they should of recieved 2 weeks ago. Next time i hear you are rude and disrespectful towards my mum i will be making phone calls not just to the pharmacy i will be taking it higher.
