Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy. Not only have they told me that medication leaves their warehouse unchecked but now they have left me 3 days without the right medication. Absolutely disgusting.

Paracetamols 55p on the shelf. Moody cashier charging 89p. Trade descriptions Act. Not buying into companies profiteering from this current misery. Shameful.

Polite staff, great service and hilarious but professional delivery drivers.

Just wanted to say how disappointed I was with a member of staff in broadwater chemist today had a scarf face covering tight over my face and nose and she refused to serve me! She came across rude and unfriendly will never go to them again. The chemist opposite served me straight away

I’ve been with them for many years. The service is the best, caring staff checking on me that I’m ok. I can order on line my meds with doctors. Who then send my prescription straight though to chemist. Which most time is delivered by lunchtime next day. Can’t fault them as a service thank you to all there staff.

Sometimes helpful, sometimes not. I think one of the staff would benefit from customer service training. A smile goes a long way.
