Twice I have been to this pharmacy and found it unprofessional run.staff standing and sitting having a chit chat whilst customers are waiting to be served .one person dealing and dispensing tablets.you go for advice and all you get go to your doctors I am not sure if .having to wait over an hour whilst the pharmacy dispensing person mucks around having a cup of tea and cannot be bothered to help with any inquiry is totally fair this pharmaceutical chemists needs a get a good kick up the harries their area managers should be doing checks on this chemists and on the service they are providing .I will not be useing this pharmacy again unless there is a great improvement in customer service and care

A heavy shelf fell on me. Shop assistant seemed more worried about the shelf than my head. Didn't ask if I was ok and just carried on. If this had happened to someone older they could have really hurt themselves.

Shocking service. I cannot put into words how incompetent some of the staff are. Every time I go back (their opening hours suit me) expecting poor service, and every time they surprise me by reaching new lows. Lost prescriptions, incorrect items, hour waits when no other customers are there. Today they lost 2 prescriptions, and were exceptionally rude throughout. Truly disgusting service.

Would give no stars if I had the option! Absolutely worst pharmacy I've had the displeasure of walking into !!! Rude unhelpful staff !
One member actually shrugged her shoulders to me when there was a mix up with my medication, and told not my problem it's yours ....avoid using them ..

I did not have any problems with them. They speak at the back and a bit slow but it did not bother me since it is Christmas time.

Called 111 for emergency medicine for anxiety as my chemist had closed for the weekend and my relatives had forgotten to pick it up. I get bad headaches and side effects without it. 111 were very understanding. This pharmacy on the other hand awful. Wanted to make me pay £9 for a couple of tablets to tide me over. Then "kindly" gave me 14. Absolute uncaring cockroaches

Consistently horrible service. If they are not running out of staple medications they are providing poor service. To top it off the very people that are supposed to be helping protect our health don't wear their masks over their noses! Prime example of how since they somehow bribed someone to let them have a store in the clinic building they don't need to provide customer centred service.

While the staff are generally decent, they REALLY need to stop loudly gossiping about their customers when they go behind the register counter into the pharmacy packing/sorting area.

We can all hear you and it’s extremely awkward and insulting.
