St Leonards Pharmacy

Our local pharmacy closed early due to staff shortages before being able to accept my daughters urgent prescription. The wonderful staff at St Leonard’s we’re able and willing to download the prescription from the NHS cloud and fulfil at short notice. Great service.

Complaint in progress with nhs through GP made by client, I am also going to be going down to make a complaint because of what I heard over the phone.
EDIT: spoke to his GP who told him he couldn’t get another prescription until this pharmacy had issued his prescription, so he went back there as GP told him to do to which he was told he was banned, he then went back to the GP who have said this pharmacy can not withhold a prescription or meds, so he went back to pharmacy, pharmacy finally issued meds and told him he’s not aloud back
If I could rate 0 I would. Had a very distressed phone call from a client I work with today, who was trying to collect his meds. A specific member of staff was screaming abuse at him and tried to punch his phone. I could hear her screaming at him. He is very anxious person, and has severe mental health (he was there to collect antipsychotics) I told him to ask for her name so we could make a formal complaint but all staff refused to give her name. We will be making an official complaint and seeking legal advice. And finding a new pharmacy for him to collect his meds. We never had any issues before coming here when collect meds, moved here as closer to clients home after he moved, he won’t ever return now due to how he has been treated.

Great opening hours and the staff are very helpful on all occasions I’ve dealt with them .excellent service .

Its Thursday 07:13. Google says they are open but they won't answer the phone so I can't confirm they are open. So I won't take the risk to walk all the way just to see if they actually are open.
I read the other reviews and now I'm glad they didn't answer. Anyone who needlessly screams at someone suffering from severe mental health issues should be locked up.

Efficient, friendly, helpful, walk in flu jabs, good general stock, excellent opening hours. Lucky to have them as our pharmacy.

I cannot say I am always happy with the service, but tonight received an exceptional service from Pamela from the conversation over the phone to saving and preparing meds for us. Thank you, you actually saved a 4-year old from missing his antibiotics :)
