Perhaps a share of festive cheer would not go a miss ! 9:59 and told to wait they don’t open till 10am. No please or thank you !! Waiting till 10:05 before getting served then told to wait 20mins for the prescription! No one before be .. so busy !! 😡 I was no my way back from hospital and just needs the meds before going home ..

Disappointed with service today at the Sainsburys Harlow Branch -Lloyds Pharmacy today at 10.00am. Went to hand in prescription and was told "we are not open yet" when asked why informed no Pharmacist on premises. The lady behind the counter did not approach me and did not ask what I actually wanted. My understanding is if no pharmacist on premises you can still be sold "P" lines and you can hand prescriptions in but not be given them. I found the healthcare assistant stand offish and unhelpful.

Staff Karen and kay went above and beyond expectations to voluntarily offer delivery to patients that were vulnerable and isolated on their own time after work. Truly exceptional staff and an asset to the company

Absolutely dire. My 89 year old aunt has a repeat prescription set up and month after month, week after week, she is told her prescription is not ready. Today the reason given was that they don't have a pharmacist available in store to sign it off - I thought the place is supposed to be a pharmacy! They were also unable to deliver tomorrow when they are hoping to have a pharmacist available. Complete waste of time dealing with them.

Worst phamacy in Harlow. Asked a thousand questions when requesting an over the counter perscription. Wife needed something for itchy soar eye due to hay fever. Staff wanted to see a photo of her eye, as she was not present at the time i asked. Then they wanted to know about all her medication. Still refused to give anything to help with her eye. So now will have to wait for another phamacy in town to open due to bank holiday. Anyone else is always helpful, but not Lloyds phamacy. You can not even get a sample bottle for urine without a phamacist approval. Just a big joke. Will not be going back.

The staff are completely useless and very rude. Worst pharmacy in Harlow and it’s all down to the staff. Never again

Brilliant customer service, the lady on the phone was very understanding and helped me immensely with getting an emergency prescription
