Very rude one of the managers. I have a lot of repeat medication items and joined their delivery service. They are very happy to deliver a large amount of items but when it comes to 1 item they dont like it. Because they get paid more for more items. When you call to complain to the owner about his manager, the manager calls me having a go at me for ringing to complain. Not the 1st time i have had issues with the new owners. will NEVER get my prescriptions from there ever again.

The staff are very helpful,they go the extra mile to get what you have being prescribed,
This is more than just a pharmacy it carter's for most of your beauty needs too from shampoos to cosmetics ,
It is a well run business keeping their customers in mind and making sure they are happy and knowledgeable about any precriprescror products they have purchased.

I have been to this Pharmacy on many occasions in order to collect repeat prescriptions for a friend of mine.

Without exception, the service offered and staff attitude is outstanding. The team members really care about their customers and you can be assured of getting help as and when needed.

I’m always recommending people to use this place in preference to the supermarkets as you are supporting another local business, and oh boy do we need them to continue now and in the future.

Fantastic and superbly clean environment, served by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It is very pleasant when staff address you by your name. Makes you feel comfortable.

Apparently they think they know better than a GP as they refused to dispense an antibiotic my doctor had prescribed, all under "care of duty" but without knowing anything about my symptoms or my medical history.

Worst part is that they confirmed on the system that they had dispensed the medicine so when I went to another chemist we had to call my doctor and re-do everything. At least they were honest enough to confirm on the phone they had actually kept the medicine so the other chemist could give it to me.

What a waste of time. Never going back.

Very professional, friendly and hard working staff who are still being forced to do the local gp's work as the GPS are still refusing to seeing patients face to face.

I use this chemist all the time and the staff are always so friendly.
They are always keen help with any queries, and always have my prescriptions ready on time. I cant fault them.
