I've been using this pharmacy for almost a year to pick up private prescription, and my only regret is to not report it sooner! Once my prescription was apparently not received by a pharmacy, so after being told by a provider that the fax WAS actually received and printed, I blamed it on an accident. Second time, I was given wrong dose of medication... Third time, apparently the pharmacy didn't receive my prescription again, whilst being send DAYS ago, BUT after some time insisting that the prescription was sent, prescription SUDDENLY appeared on the system... Once is an accident, twice coincidence, but third is a pattern and resulted in me having withdrawals, and unfortunately I cannot ask my doctor for prescription two weeks early to keep up with attitude of pharmacy staff. I obeyed their rules of three working days, but it's clear that they don't obey common sense and when being asked nicely! I will be waiting for explanation and apology, before I will be taking it further.

Best chemist on Church Street for picking up prescriptions. Always work fast and have prescriptions ready in advance unlike Woods Chemist who don't sort out your prescription until you get there.

I was using this pharmacy for years and never had an issue just yesterday when I came to collect my prescription they told me it was already collected but, I never collected my prescription !!! my friend witnessed this and I am never going to this pharmacy again. The lady there had a very bad attitude too usually medications are signed after customer collects them and she had no words when I asked for who signed my prescription? And I told her this is terrible I am changing my pharmacy and she was so careless. Honestly this was the first time I experience something like this. Be careful all.
