Extremely attentive. They will help you with any questions you may have and anything you may need with the utmost kindness. Aside of that, they have some cool trinkets, many convenience items and lots of organic foods for babies. Zoom at the picture post and you will see a bean pasta loaded with proteins, for instance!

There are a few Rude staff members here almost like they are doing you a favour when you are ill. Constant loss of repeat prescription, how do you lose it on a monthly basis?!? To the point I have to stand there and make sure they put it into the system as they tend to put the document to one side and forget about it, which leads to a lost prescription. Keep in mind they used to be good (being going here for the last 30yrs) but in the last 5 years or less it has gone down hill!

Just plain incompetent and it is better to go straight to Boots on the high street opposite Belsize Park Station.

Very attentive staff. Yes, things can sometimes be busy, but Eva and Haysha and other members of the team are receptive, and try hard to help you find what you need. They are a great local resource.

Excellent range of homeopathic and natural remedies too.
If your a good customer they can offer a discount on gift and high price

Great range of medicines and also health supplements. I have recommend their serves to friends who have bought, items over the phone. Very knowledgeable staff who help you find what you need. Also good food selection for vegetarians and the health conscious.

The staff is consistently helpful and goes above the call of duty to make sure customers' needs are met. I get my prescriptions rather than online because of the service - even if there are glitches among deliveries and call-ins from the GP, Village Pharmacy people can be relied on to straighten it out quickly. As nothing ever goes entirely to plan, I'm very happy to have such cheerful, capable people on my side.
