The Private Pharmacy

Really recommend this new pharmacy at Battlers Green. Recently had a prescription emergency out of hours and they went above and beyond to help sort some medication out urgently.

Absolute waste of time if you want it delivered on time. even my doctor forwarded on with a emergency 24hr delivery as was very urgent! 3 days later still no prescription. Called up said was with the courier today and be with you tomorrow. 4 days late! 4 days without vital medication absolute joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! Emails being sent to management as there service is a discrace to be sending out vital medication for people. Unfortunately can't give 0 star

Every time I have a prescription put through to them do they try and charge me, every time do I have to ring them to tell them my exemption. Rang yesterday to tell them my exemption and to say I needed a call back from the pharmacist that day as I had no medication left. No call back and now I am uneducated for however long. Not good enough!

Their ineptitude is beyond belief, sent my prescription to the wrong address twice which is also adhd medication which is a controlled substance.

My current prescription was issued a week ago and still no delivery.

Absolutely useless. Will promise one thing and do the complete opposite. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT MEDS ON TIME. Put my script in on 21st august and still waiting (07/09/21) they cannot do anything on time even with constant phone calls chasing this up. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I am a pharmacist working elsewhere in the country. When I called asking for assistance regarding a patient they were incredibly informed, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for everything!
