NEVER go there on the weekend! I have been collecting my meds from here for the last 12 years however recently within last 2 weeks have noticed there’s a man and a lady with scarf and glasses who just don’t know what they’re doing! They put only half my meds and Said everything was there and I also had someone else’s prescription note in my bag. Next day called them and still they wanted me to go in on the Monday with my meds for them to see what’s missing! With a disability and health issues this is hard hence I order online. The only one who is so helpful there is SHARON. She always makes sure all my meds are ready and ensures nothing is missing before handing over. The man who was there yesterday and that lady in head scarf looked completely lost! And I am the one who has to make extra trips there for their incompetence

Seldom seems open according to its published hours. We have gone in several times in the morning or on a weekend over the last several months and found it closed with no explanation, really needing to pick up prescriptions. If we were elderly and had walked there heaven knows what we would do with such an unreliable place.

When the staff are there they are always very helpful, but if you need something urgently have it sent elsewhere.

Don’t even know why this pharmacy is still ‘open’ as they never have anything when you go there. When I say open, I mean sometimes open on free improvised schedule… turned up this morning 8.20am and surprise, pharmacy is closed, I am told by the man waiting there already that it will ipen when staff arrives, i am sorry, who or what is now to blame..?? Immigrants, Brexit, Covid or what? Ridiculous, turn up to work, stock up, not that difficult is it??? We all have jobs to go to. Made a big mistake nominating this pharmacy, never going back again. Sainsbury’s should actually close it

Twice on the Lloyds website I booked a "health check" on the 21st and 22nd October to get some information on blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. Both times I was told by the consultant or pharmacist that the person who completes the test was not present, or even more bluntly "I don't have time to do it, come back on Wednesday". Very helpful.

It's my nearest Lloyds and takes 30 mins to get there. The health checks are for a preliminary clinical trial, so it's quite urgent to get the results to qualify.

So a waste of my time and money (due to train fares), with a poor excuse and not great attitude; especially with others waiting at the time who were treated poorly.

Please think twice about using Lloyd's video doctor service or pharmacy. You can only pick up your prescription from a Lloyd's pharmacy when using their video GP service and they never get the prescription electronically sent to them. Also lots of people waiting being told do not have the medication and to take their prescription to other pharmacy's. Not efficient. Go to a a local pharmacy which is known for good quality service with good knowledge. This seems commercialised and not efficient at all.

Twice now I have had prescriptions sent here but they staff claim they are not there. Having just spent an hour on hold to check with my doctor's, they assure me that it has been sent and have given me a code. You can't call the pharmacy to check as the number on their website doesn't work. So I've now got to go back again. Extremely frustrating. I will definitely not get a prescription sent the again.

Have just been in to collect a prescription and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. In my overworked tired state I sent my prescription to another pharmacy, they rang up and had it arranged to be collected at their branch. 2 lovely ladies and 1 gentleman, all trying to assist, And not once were they rude or did I hear a "no" from them!! This is why I return to this pharmacy!!

I cannot stress how helpful the staff in Lloyds Pharmacy are in Streatham High Road Sainsburys. My GP surgery at Miles Road and LLoyds Direct provided me with an ABYSMAL service and the staff here traced my meds, sent to the wrong pharmacy by Lloyds Direct, and sent to Lloyds Direct by my GP when I had asked to collect ... they traced a filled my prescription, calmed me down and sent me off a very very happy customer. Thank you.
