Waited at the counter for over 30mins to get my pre ordered prescription- ordered 2 weeks ago, told me I could get it after 3 working days. Very slow, inefficient, messy and disorganised , staff couldn’t find the medication anywhere through different boxes and drawers. Then told me it is out of stock! And the medication is still not delivered yet.
This is not the first time waiting this long to get my medication, happens every single time! But this time completely wasted my visit to the pharmacy.
Would suggest better organisation and more experienced staff...?

Traumatic experience. Never seen healthy staff move so slow. There seems to be no understanding that people need the medication asap. Will never use this place again. 45mins wait for prescription. I normally use prospect house who are always very busy but can dispense in less then 10mins.

If you have an hour to kill it's an ideal place to visit otherwise avoid like the plague staff are rude lazy and just stand behind the counter chatting to each other. When I pointed out this pattern of behaviour highlighted in poor reviews older women got aggressive and started discussing my medication type clearly against guidelines and patient confidentiality. 6 people behind the counter 1 serving. Disgraceful customer
service.

Currently sitting in pharmacy for 10 minutes.. No other customers here.. I can see the guys are busy but a quick " will be with you in a bit" would be nice. Yet to be acknowledged by the end of submitting this.. 3rd time this has happened.. 4 mins on not even a hello.. Will go elsewhere in future.

Whomever does your Admin for your website is Not doing their job, especially at these times. I have health issues & can’t get about too much but don’t mind making the walk to Headlands chemist for my repeat prescription Only to find it’s CLOSED when on website it say OPEN TILL 1pm, no matter what the hours are you should UPDATE your website, im not the only one this jas caused problems for, there was at least 3 people sitting in their cars outside headlands thinking chemist was Open, I know this because I asked them. Sort this out especially in these times of waisting time going out. Now im having to go through 111 & out of hours which is very stressful & having to go out even thurther a second time, not happy at all 😡

Wow, how is this pharmacy so terrible!
EVERY time i place a next day order it takes a week or more and I always have to fight to get my next day delivery fee refunded. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE EVER!

Staff just ignore customers most of the time so be prepared to wait a very long time

Use pharmacy on regular basis staff always polite & helpful

Why does it take over 30 minutes just to collect a previously order prescription for antibiotics !!!!
