During the COVOD situations the pharmacy increased the price 3 times more.
I Brought Eurex cream for £15 while other places selling for £5.99.
I don’t think it is professional standard and good practiced thr pharmacy owner.
Please report to trading standards and GPHC to protect the local vulnerable community from the greedy pharmacies owner.

Excellent pharmacist and very helpful. I recently moved to the area and they were able to help me out with a prescription and also speak with my GP. Great customer service.

Meera, the pharmacist on duty couldn’t have been more helpful. There was an issue with 111 sending an urgent subscription for my sertraline and she dealt with the situation with the upmost compassion and spoke to 111 on my behalf to arrange next steps. She was calm, professional and really settled my anxiety. We need more Meera’s working in our pharmacies and hospitals etc. Thank you!!!

Meera who is one of the pharmacists is an absolute asset to this pharmacy. She went above and beyond with a problem and was so professional. She was empathetic, kind and supportive. Would highly recommend this pharmacy ❤️

The pharmacist here is so nice. I was referred here for a consultation from my GP and she asked so many questions and I felt very cared for. She is very knowledgeable and recommended medicines without being pushy at all. The space is a little cramped, but the knowledge and service is what's important and they're a 5-star in that realm. Very grateful.

Poor service. Blonde member of staff was dry and not friendly at all. I paid for my two prescriptions and elbow strap and i was overcharged £5. As I was waiting for my prescriptions to be handed I realised the mistake she did and complained. I paid credit card and was given £5 back in cash. She did indeed apologise. Just if you go to this pharmacy ask price before paying and make sure you’re not overcharged.
