Love this pharmacy!
Most staff are very friendly.
Pharmacy itself is kept to very high hygienic conditions.
Open very late.
Staff always willing to help with prescription collections and any other issues.

Made it my nominated pharmacy although 10min drive from home.

5 star rating here, because they open much later than any other pharmacy in the area. And, I've never waited more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be prepared.

I've nominated this pharmacy with my GP because I know I'll be able to pick up my prescription almost any day (with their 23:00 closing time) , no matter how busy/where I am during work hours, etc..

A highly discourteous and rude female pharmacist really upset me yesterday (Thursday 22st June) and I will avoid this place from now on. I considered complaining to her professional body, but comments that can be seen by the genersl public are probably more effective.
It is to be hoped that she wa merely an agency member of staff. She appeared to be under the impression that a peripheral neuropathy needed a dentist!!

I came to this pharmacy to get advise from the pharmacist and buy a morning after pill in the evening few weeks ago but instead the pharmacist (Chinese looking pharmacist) talked to me in a very rude way not understanding what I was explaining and showing no sympathy.
I felt nauseas for a few days felt so stressed thinking might be pregnant.
Went there again same person. This place used to be a good pharmacy in the evenings with more female pharmacists, I’ve stopped going to this place now, and decided to go to the other late night pharmacy in Queenswood Surgery.

Very good they do there best and deliver

At 6:30 pm I realised I needed emergency antibiotics and having a flight at 8am the next morning - I thought I was doomed!!!! But he was able to look up what I’d previously been prescribed using my NHS number. It was soooo simple. Too good to be true. THANKYOU!!

I really can't rate this pharmacy highly enough the pharmacist is so helpful and even if you phone in requesting information on medicines there's always someone to give advice.

Always helpful and lovely staff for both my regular meds and acute health problems
