Never send repeat prescriptions to this pharmacy as they are sent to an outside pharmacy to be made up, this means you have to wait another 2 days to get your medication. On top of that the attitude of the staff is diabolical.

I’ve never meet more helpful and friendly staff ….. they go above and beyond to help especially Jess who has adviced and helped me through a very tough couple of years and also Gloria ….. they really don’t get the credit they deserve

I don't leave negative reviews usually but this branch of Well is a shambles. I have been on a repeat prescription for five years, so I know it well. The current staff is poorly trained and clearly poorly managed. They are disorganised, slow, rude and have customer interest at the bottom of their priorities. It pains me to do anything to risk a local service but I have moved my prescription to another pharmacy now. Well really need to look at the operation here and sort it out.

This is more the fault of Well as a company than the individual pharmacy. They allowed me to book a flu vaccination for my child, where this was not offered by the NHS due to her age. They took her date of birth, confirmed that a child was eligible and then took money for an appointment four weeks later. After rearranging my day and making a forty-minute trip, the staff told me that their branch did not offer vaccinations to children, and that they had assumed the booking was an error. So then I drove forty minutes back again. No-one had attempted to confirm the appointment near to the time. An almost impossibly poor service.

Every time my doctor sends over a prescription they NEVER have my prescription items in stock. Image a chemist with no penicillin. I alway have to go back the next day after 12, not good when your ill and just want to feel better. Staff are not very to friendly you walk in an no one acknowledges you or even looks up from what they are doing untill they have finished.

Absolutely awful! They take days to follow-up prescription requests (often blaming the surgery for their delays), and are really rude. They seem quite indifferent to their lack of service or care to customers which makes me worry and wonder how they are even operating. For the extra 10 minutes it might take me to walk elsewhere, I'd rather do so to avoid using this pharmacy again. Shocking and should really be investigated for conduct.

Terrible chemist. Unhelpful staff and Jeanette is the most rudest person I've ever encountered. She never wants to help, never says please or thank you - it's like I've p****d on her chips every time I go in there. They never have my prescription items in stock, they've lost prescriptions in the past and the last time I put one in, they still didn't have my item a week later! I've now decided I'm going to go elsewhere from now on. Absolutely useless
