Very friendly service

Very helpful

Not good as they forget or don't read Perscriptions this is not the first time so us Patients have to go without tablets and have to argue with them as a business day should not do this the customer is always right.

Very disappointed to visit and find that this previously excellent pharmacy has now been bought by a chain who - according to Glassdoor - have non pharmacy area managers putting sales pressure on what should be the medical professionals in charge while understaffing to cut costs.

So the Boots model of high sales, tax avoidance and low value probably.

Like I said, disappointing.

Very convenient and helpful in the town with good service and nice staff is Ok!
