I would like to say I have been coming to Boots for many years and the staff are good but one lady stands out from the rest and her name is Larina she is always smiling and goes out of her way to make sure I find the right product. These days when staff are usually indifferent to customers it's so lovely to find one like Larina she really does deserve to be praised for her kindness.

The pharmacy staff were quite rude and very unapologetic about ordering the wrong medication. When I went back in to pick up the correct prescription, the person who served me was very defensive, trying to make me feel as if I had deliberately got them to order the wrong medication. Worst of all though, was the fact that, as I walked away I heard the member of staff express to their colleague that they did not think I had a genuine reason not to take the wrong medication. Very disappointed and I will take my prescriptions elsewhere next time.

I popped into Worcester boots last week for a few last minute holiday bits. I met Brodie who works on the benefit counter, she was extremely helpful and very polite. I picked up a few make-up bits including the hoola bronzer and a blush. I always forget that benefit offer eyebrow services so I’ve booked an appointment in with Brodie for a few weeks time! Will definitely be returning there for advice & gorgeous brows!

Went to pick up my prescriptions on Saturday, after sitting on the bus for one hour instead of 20mins unbeknown to me as Worcester carnival was on. It was 15.55 didn’t know the pharmacy part was shut at 15.30 on Saturday! As there were two ladies still behind the counter I asked politely could I just collect my prescriptions, the older of the two replied laughing afraid not and walked off. At least the younger lady did try to explain that they couldn’t as no pharmacist present. By this time I was too upset to listen. This is not the first time they have been rude to me and other family members. Wont be using them again from my repeat prescriptions,

Ordered items click and collect, should have been available Saturday. I got to the shop to discover they had not arrived. No delivery on Sunday so the earliest will be Monday. I actually need these for Tuesday so cutting it very fine. Very disappointed, will not trust Boots again, Amazon delivery next time.

Not very helpful at all. Waited 6 weeks for my flu vaccination just to be texted it's cancelled the day before. Visited the Pharmacy on many occasions before asking for the vaccination just to be told no, wait for your booked date. Now I can't get a appointment anywhere. 0/10 from me.

A fine shop indeed it is. I have only one inkling observation; The peculiar if not deluded name. One would think you could purchase a pair of fine English riding boots from such an establishment calling itself ‘boots’, would one not eh? I seldom venture to such places myself of course as I have my staff. But I am always amused at how the masses get by. Hum di hee darlings.

Went in this morning before I started work plenty of staff about but unfortunately they were far to busy having a catch up with each other to bother about customers. I had my arms full no one offered to help or even said good morning . I'll wait till superdrug opens next time I need anything !
