Knights Studley Pharmacy

Up until recently i.e.2019 this pharmacy has been great. The supervisor has left & wow do we know it. I've never found the service slow but now inaccuracies are creeping in. I had an 'discussion' with the pharmacist at the time, gone now thankfully, regarding missing meds, she was v rude to me. The staff member i liaised with did not look properly for my meds waiting on the shelf to be collected, my husband ended up going down there 3 times, ridiculous! Now things aren't great, but as they have a new Pharmacist plus they are the only pharmacy and health centre in the village, generally they do ok. Its a tough time & they are trying. We have to take responsibility for managing our conditions & meds.

I would recommend that anyone seeking an NHS flu vaccination visits the Studley pharmacy. My wife and I received our vaccination promptly and professionally.
