You tend to see a different gp each time which makes the service you receive very hit and miss. Some really good ones and some "passing through" ones.....

And the staff are very helpfull and professional.

Have been with this pharmacy since the day they opened and while i appreciate that we are in a period of though times with covid and that is stretching peoples capacity for delivery, the one time i needed a delivery because I had to isolate they failed me miserably. It was such a disappointment to find that loyalty is a one way street. From now one I will have my prescriptions sent elsewhere, which I did explain to them. There response ' we will remove you now' That is a clearly a company that does not care

Incorrect items constantly. When items have been wrong, they have refused to change them, leaving me with no medication. I have even had other people's items in with mine. Staff very rude. Would give zero stars, but this is not an option!

First experience a few weeks ago, went in to buy some paracetamol, only customer in, stood for five minutes, completely ignored. Second experience earlier this week sent an email asking how to get a flu jab, completely ignored. If you want to be completely ignored this is the chemist for you.

Great surgery. However, please install a prescription drop off box. I waited 20 mins just to drop one off. 🤦‍♀️

Refused to dispense warfine and type 1 diabetes items. Could have got a blood clot. These fools think they no more about my health than my Consultant Specialist. They don't deserve 1 star
