Unfortunately its not the shops fault, as there area manager is oblivious to the shops needs. Putting pressure on the staff and store which is then reflected onto customers. Its not the staffs faults area manager wont approve recruitment hours. Lloyd's have not helped themselves with there company values. Extremely disappointing to know customers have been left open to errors and high risks. But wish the store can recover and get back to a good standard.

This pharmacy need professional management the pharmacist has no idea about medicines don't seem professional "new graduate".
There is this fat bald man Sales Assistant in the pharmacy who thinks he is the manager chats rubbish and lies about your prescription, Another lady employee (she calls herself technician) she is racist to anyone but white and she also smells really bad.

Waited 15 minutes in the queue to hand in the prescription, then 35 minutes for it to be ready. Lady doing prescriptions called my name, when approached the counter had to remind another worker to hand me the medecine as they forgotten already. Slow, unreasonable, awful service. The staff should be better trained. Heared nothing but complaints from everyone in the pharmacy. Lloyds should improve their service in that particular pharmacy. Very disappointing.

I have been using this pharmacy longer then any member of staff has worked there. It saddens me to say that it has gone down hill over the years, it is now one of the worst places for customer service. They do not have any skills in customer relations, they are astronomically slow, there is always over an hour wait for any prescription. The staff are all fed up and barely talk to each other let alone customer's, the atmosphere is always very dry and stale. The queuing system is non existent and confusing. I once asked to speak with the pharmacist I waited 30 mins in an empty shop and was still ignored so ended up walking out with no answers to my queries.
( I have a lot more experiences similar to this just not enough time to get it all down) I understand that working in retail is one of the most metaly and physically challenging jobs but still thay could do a lot lot better. I only put one star because I had to.

The service is extremely slow, very log wait for medication.
staff can never find your prescription and you are asked to return on your return there is another long wait I have had to wait up to 15 minutes before I had to leave. Not sure why the management of this company has not addressed this stores very clear issues.

My partner collects a large prescription every month as he is very unwell due to kidney failure and type 1 diabetes.The service is very slow and we have to continuously go back and forth to collect items and correct errors.However Tina is very nice and helpful to us and does a very good job as a health advisor🤩

Woefully slow to serve customers, staff can’t even find the stock that they have, even when the prescription is in front them you’re told to come back later to collect your prescription which is right there! They don’t answer the phones, multiple queues yet only one person serving

Dreadful I had taken my repeat prescription in August and every week their was an excuse of why they didn't get my prescription.
Over 2 months later and my repeat prescription had not come in. Unfortunately the staff had no idea what they where doing. Apauled at the service. Never again .....
I had also taken my prescriptions in the staff made me wait for ages and then they never told me they didn't have what I needed in and they would have it tomorrow. On my arrival they gave me some of my medicine with an owed slip. When I came back to pick the rest up they forgot to give me my owed (slip) antibiotics and instead gave me someone else else’s drugs which was not even mine. That's all I needed with tonsillitis.????
