Very unhelpful pharmacist working on evening of 22nd Jan. Tried to access the local minor ailment scheme for my son at the pharmacy but was told as my son has never had a prescription before he couldn't have it. This is not the case as I have used the scheme before at other pharmacies. Very annoyed.

Useless women. I tried to use minor ailment scheme for hydrocortisone and save booking a doctor appointment but she refused saying you need a prescription. Tesco pharmacy are fine to use though.avoid this place

Awful place, useless staff tried using the minor ailment scheme to get some hydrocortisone cream, for my son who was with me. He hadn't had a prescription since 2015 so can't get any. Googled it and you can get it silly woman, think they need some training. I'm going to another pharmacy tomorrow,Tesco!

This place is a joke, very rude staff and very unhelpful. Really need to get new staff the worst pharmacy ever.

All staff appear to have skipped their customer service training. Prescriptions taking over 90 minutes to prepare. Hopeless.
