Fantastic service and advice from pharmacist Ismail on a Saturday morning, I can highly recommend him and West Chemist.

Staff have been supportive and amazingly friendly. They have gone above and beyond. When I was feeling particularly low they supported me and made sure I had everything I needed and helped get the medications the doctor prescribed.

The only down side is its hard for them to hear through a mask and barrier sometimes if other people are talking in store, so that use made it difficult to understand when spelling your name/address to pick up medications.

Handy hint: I learned pretty quick it was easier to hand over an ID with name and address information to the pharmacist/assistant so they could take the information down easily and I didn't have to try and spell my name multiple times! Hope this helps others in the future!
