Very rude lady that opened the door. Booked an appointment online for a covid test at 8am. Doors were not open at 8:15 so I rang the bell. A very rude lady opened. No manners at all and pharmacist is only in at 9am. Don’t give the option of booking a test at 8am if you will not open the doors on time and there is no pharmacist or person to give the vaccine in at that time. When opening the door, speak politely. You chose the job so should have good customer service skills.

Highly Recommended this walk in clinic. I went to get my booster this afternoon and no one waiting, straight in and out. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.
The Male pharmacist who gave me the vaccine was very professional, kind and helpful and I didn't feel a thing. Great vaccination clinic 👏

hour and a half of waiting for my vacinnation, even though I had and appointment and I was half an hour early, prioritised a walk in over me, ended up walking out. absolute shambles and disorganised.

Got my booster this morning as a walk in after my appointment was cancelled. The team are dealing with a very busy queue calmly and warmly. Thank you.
If you're heading there, suggest getting there as early as possible. There are two vaccinators and they've got a slick process to get through everyone as quickly as possible, but the queue is getting very long.

Booked in for a booster. There was a MASSIVE queue when I turned up as they were running 1hr30 mins behind appointment times. Not to mention the other massive queue of walk in appointments. Really hard to find out what was going on. The woman on the door was unfriendly and unhelpful. Absolute shambles. As I was waiting I booked in somewhere else tomorrow.
Don’t offer a service you can’t run. People are taking time off work!!!

Hi all i have booked a second dose vaccine with the mrs. We had an appointment at 1.15 PM , we arrived at 1.10 . I went to ask if we should wait in the queue. Got told to go at the back of the line , so we did. After 30 minutes of waiting someone came out , said they're busy and shut the door in front of our noses. There was about 15 people waiting. And they just said to come back after 3 . Whats the pint of booking ?? Whats the guarantee that we're going to get our jab after three if thts what they're doing?? Do they really want to get us all vaccinated ?!?!?!?
Really not the way to treat people .

Lovely staff caring pharmacy. Booking my covid-19 vaccine appointment. I got vaccinated after recovering from COVID. The staff said congratulations on my vaccination. I'm fully vaccianted now. Good health pharmacy staff are amazing.
