Rowlands Pharmacy Clifton Road

I'm a little surprised by the recent 4 and 5 star reviews, my own experience was quite the opposite. I found the pregnant lady that served me to be abrupt and slighty rude, telling me off for not collecting my prescriptions every month when it has been agreed by my consultant and doctor that my medication can be taken as and when necessary. I'm always polite and friendly with other people, something that is sometimes lacking in our society today. I no longer use this pharmacy!

I don’t normally put posts on but in this case I have found them to b the pharmacy that beats hands down any of the other pharmacies I have tried in rugby. I have a large number of medications monthly and was pleasantly surprised when everything was ready. This has continued with pleasant staff happy to help. It means a lot when u are disabled and usually in pain to b greeted pleasantly and medications ready to go. Yipeeeee rowlands, well done

My husband is on various types of medication and we have never had any problems getting his prescriptions
from Rowlands. The staff are very helpful and would recommend them.

It's convenient next to the doctors but my only issue is standing at the counter for 5mins with four people working in the back glancing at me occasionally and deciding not to serve. (Not every time) but I feel someone could serve or acknowledge a customer.

The staff at Rowlands on Clifton Road go the extra mile. I’m having memory problems & find it complicated to speak to someone at the Dr’s surgery. Rowlands just sort it for me. Thank you.
