EXEMPLARY!!

Tried here after having issues with my previous pharmacy which was completely incompetent and I have to say there is a night and day difference.

All the staff here are polite, professional and very helpful. The communication here is so good compared to other places, they are willing to listen to any issue or situation you may be in and really inform you correctly.
The service is just simply exceptional in every way!

To me it feels like they really do care about there customers and the local community and so I would like to say thank you to every single one of them for the terrific work they put in!

Would give them 6 stars if I could. Even through hard times during the lockdown they have been exceptional and I'll never forget that.

Went here to collect my medication and the attitude of the pharmacist was top notch and the process of dispensing was very rapid as it only took 10 minutes to dispense my medication. The pharmacist was very friendly and welcoming, I would be going here again in the future. 10/10

The worst chemist i have dealt with. They have given me so much headache and stress on every single occasion I have went to collect my medicine, especially the Asian women in her 20s, so rude everytime ive been in there.

The female pharmacist with the long black hair in this chemist is one of the most rudest people I have ever met. She has such an unfortunate manor I would never go back to that pharmacy if my life depended on it.

Bad customer service not open on time because pharmacist decided to open at 9.30 instead of 9 because he felt like it was told.no customer service as all staffooks down on you thinking they are better thab you for some reason.like your a pharmacist not a astronaut get off that high horse. Also for once treat your customers like humans instead animals. The lady that works at the till is the worst no skills or manners nothing.

Pharmacist is always late. Makes life really hard for me as a carer as I can only leave the house for so long and indeed the lovely ladies who work there as people take out their frustrations on them. Buck ya ideas up those who earn the most. !! 17/06/2022. Today was terrible. No pharmacist by 10am so I had to leave as the heat is terrible for my condition. Had my covid jab booked too. I should of been home by now. Disgusting service by the pharmacist. !!!

Terrible customer service, unhelpful. The customer assistant refused to sell me any cold and flue syrup despite me having valid Cold and flu symptoms. The customer assistant did not seek any advice from the pharmacist despite NOT being qualified to make that decision. In all my years of working in the medical profession I have never seen anything like it.

My mum and I went to this particular Well Pharmacy on Ordance road on the 26/10/2022 for our Covid19 vaccinations.

We were left extremely pleased with the service provided by Keval in particular. He was very professional, friendly, empathetic, agreeable and just generally made mum and I feel at ease.

I can also say that I didn't even feel my vaccine and experienced hardly any sensation at all and I think this is because Keval showed knowledge of exactly how he wanted me to position my arm so that he could correctly and effectively administer the vaccination.

Overall we have nothing to complain about and we were really pleased with the treatment we received.
