It would be a zero Star,

I was advised to go back to my dentist who had apparently not written the amount of tablets that should prescribed to me even though it was written take 1 tablet 3 times a day for 7 days. I even explained to the staff members but they refused. I went back to the dentist who advised the prescription was correct. I went to another pharmacy and they prescribed me the medicine with no issues. Terrible service from an inexperienced staff member or pharmacist....

There is a lady that works in Jades who is not english and I try and avoid dealing with her as much as possible. Whenever I have rang up 2 place a repeat order she never listens properly and always gets it wrong. Also the manager that has now taken over does not really seem interested in what I have 2 say. Having said that at least he does get my prescription correct. He is also not very flexible. When corna first came out I had 2 speak 2 him because the chap that delivers 4 them has a phobia of lifts and will not deliver my meds 2 my door. This became an issue 4 me when corna came out cause I have 2 self isolate due 2 having 2 lung conditions. The manager is aware of this but he would not budge in finding a solution 4 me 2 get my meds delivered 2 my door. In the end I had 2 go else where but they were even worse so I ended up going back 2 Jades. They are just increasing my risk of getting corna so thanks 4 that. Having said all this the chap that delivers my meds is a friendly guy who has a pleasant personality

Scheduled a fit to fly test. All went according to plan. Results were emailed to me within a half hour. Fair price of 29 pounds. Nice, professional staff. I was so happy to find a location in St. Albans that offered the test.

First and foremost, when Jade Pharmacy took over Derek’s Pharmacy they should have ‘zeroed’ the previous reviews/ratings via Google. They didn’t, hence Jade’s ratings are inflated.

Derek’s was independent, friendly, helpful and professional; always offering sensible advice to avoid you visiting a GP, but only if he was certain.

I have been to Jade’s twice since they took over this pharmacy. The first time to queue to book an appointment for a Flu Jab, only to be told they didn’t have any vaccines and wouldn’t for the foreseeable future, despite the live advert board in the window saying the opposite.

The second was two weeks ago to book an RT-PCR test for this Saturday, ahead of a work trip to Qatar. They called to cancel my booking on Tuesday for no apparent reason and, when I asked them for an alternative provider, they suggested that I should consult Google! Hence my weekend plans are scrapped as I head off to a provider in Watford. By the way, three days later they are still advertising this service; probably at times when they can be bothered to provide it.

This is only my third one star review, but this branch deserves nothing more, sadly.

Absolutely superb service .staff very helpful and v quick service. Excellent all round.

Excellent pharmacy and brilliant staff. I've needed various medications over the years for Ulcerative Colitis and recently after surgery to remove my colon. They have never failed to provide the medication I need. They also offer a superb delivery service.

I would have to say it’s the very best experience I have EVER had in a pharmacy. Knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful staff, I was COMPELLED to write a glowing review. I am so pleased with the service received that although I live so far away, I’ll make every effort to return for all my pharmacy needs. The staff are a just fantastic!

Seeing some of the less favourable reviews I felt I had to leave a review. I have been using this pharmacy my whole life and they have always been great.
Would absolutely recommend this pharmacy, and the pharmacy assistants in there are all so lovely and helpful.
