Really disappointed the way my mum was treated by a member of their staff, my mum had a appointment booked for covid and was turned away ,firstly the member of staff said my mum is not eligible because she is not 75 ,secondly she was very rude and asked questions why mum was so late to take her covid ,my mum replied she was abroad on holiday.

The level of service is very unprofessional and never experienced this sort of behaviour I will be taking this matter further.

I have been a customer for a number of years because I know the staff care for my health and safety, I'm confident when they ask me things because they get to know me. Thanks all.

Prettie and her team have been our family pharmacists for the past twenty five years, ever since we moved into Winchmore Hill. It's really nice to have a long-term continuing relationship with trusted professionals with whom we can all have individual consultations or quiet chats about personal health matters. COVID-related services mean that this has recently become at times a very busy pharmacy, but I trust the team has our family's best interests at heart and recommend them highly.

1st class service & staff. Always so attentive, knowledgeable and administer prescriptions and vaccinations with empathy and care.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Overpriced products, go to Sainsbury’s or Winchmore GP

Got my covid and flu vaccines here. Really helpful and professional. Tells you as it is. Know her stuff.

Amazing service, in such a stressful and demanding job dealing with so many peoples needs, Pritty and her team are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

Given the wrong medication in my prescription. Very slow, slip-shod service. Staff look at you as if they really wish you weren’t there imposing on their time! Will be changing pharmacies for my repeat prescription ASAP!

Update: December 2022. Pharmacist confronted me about this review and tried to coerce me into changing/deleting it. Have since followed through with original intention of changing chemists. Please avoid this place!
