The level of customer service I receive here never ceases to amaze me. Staff go above and beyond. This is the best pharmacy I've used to date, they make dealing with my problematic doctor's surgery a lot easier. I would recommend this place to everyone, the level of customer care and service is unmatched. Thank you!

The best pharmacy in terms of service levels. Despite the inadequacies of my GP surgery, Parade chemist provides a personalised and high level of service which means I don’t have to spend hours chasing my GP. Parade chemist staff are always available, know who I am, follow up as appropriate and call me back with updates. Breath of fresh air!

Excellent service. I went to get a pre-travel Antigen test today with my partner and they were great. The staff were incredibly friendly and the process was very quick. Would strongly recommend!

Went to the chemist for a PCR test very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The result of the test was sent to me the following morning. Wonderful service I highly recommend Parade chemist

Normally five stars but recently their standards have fallen as they struggle to fulfill entire repeat prescriptions in time for collection. I hope they will improve or I'll be changing to their competitors.
