The store was well stocked and plenty of staff filling shelves around the store. What was a let down was Carl in Pharmacy. I have never met such a moody person. His lack of customer service was shocking. I very nearly left to get my flu jab elsewhere. He really needs training in dealing with customers, he was disinterested and I felt like i was an inconvenience. The lady on pharmacy however was lovely, I didn't catch her name but she wore a scarf.
