I have edited my previous review from 5 star down to 1 star.

I previously did not mention the pharmacist as an issue due to amazing staff but today was ridiculous. The short elderly chap is still absolutely amazing, just a shame about the taller Asian pharmacist.

I've been coming here for almost a year and have now decided never to use them again, the taller asian pharmacist is and has always been extremely rude. I'm sure others will agree, he is extremely belittling, unhelpful and makes you feel like he is doing YOU a favour when (attempting to) fulfill your prescription.

Never had an issue with any other member of staff besides the pharmacist.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Very professional and really take time to listen to you. They are incredibly knowledgable as well. Can’t recommend it enough.

I think this might be the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Lots of staff, fast, helpful, responsive and help to actually diagnose, advise and treat. They are a credit to our community and we’re lucky to have them.

Very grateful to these guys for sorting out antigen testing before I had to travel to France unexpectedly early. The place had been overbooked by an external booking system, but they dealt with it well.

Had my second vaccination here after the team kindly booked me in last minute. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite and professional. Great service and I highly recommend supporting this independent business!

Had the day 5 PCR covid test to release. Super professional, super efficient and the chemist was very personable.Test results back in a timely manner. Cheaper than other providers in the area. Thoroughly recommend this chemist.
