Been waiting on medication the doctor pushed through for days. The pharmacist is permanently on lunch, heard that one 5 times now.annoying I need this medication.

Edit: so after 4 days, only one of the two mediations was there as the other one wasn't ordered, which I think they said their system hadn't booked it before. So took prescription elsewhere and got it instantly.

My Doctor put two scripts through last Friday, now this Friday still not done. Went in on Wednesday to check and told I had to wait 2 days as they received them on Monday (surely that's Wednesday!). Trying to get through on the phone is impossible just rings and rings. Compared to Tescos who usually fill the same day and txt you. What a shower, no wonder the Doc's don't recommend!!!
Seriously, don't use them, Tesco and Boots are far better unless you want the convenience of a chemist on site for a paracetamol or similar.

Went to the pharmacy on 27/09/2022 following a minor op with advice from GP to pop downstairs to request wound dressings with a sample given to show the pharmacist. All Pharmacy staff were extremely unhelpful despite the pharmacy being empty with no other patients waiting, pharmacy did not have any dressings whatsoever in stock, and was told do not know when dressings will be in stock or if the pharmacy even stocks them at all? Ridiculous especially as this pharmacy is linked to a GP surgery that does minor op clinics? Very disappointed from the Male Locum pharmacist when asked by the staff he could not recommend where else to go to find the dressings nor was willing to give any advice despite me clearly in need of dressings asap. He was not helpful or willing to signpost, simply said he is a locum from Birmingham and said “don’t ask me”, even local
Dispensers we’re useless and could not signpost to another pharmacy. Very irresponsible behaviour not expected from a medical professional who should at least be willing to research where else I could go, As no effort was made. Ended up ordering online, definitely avoid this pharmacy as staff are not willing to help patients.

Trying to pick a prescription is impossible. You have to now wait 7 days plus the 72 hrs the doctors take to do repeat. So 10 days to gets meds. Today I turned up as they were arguing at the door. They put a sign up saying closed 1pm til 2pm then at1:20pm changed it to 1:30pm to 2:30pm for there lunch break. So im now waiting outside for nearly 1.5 hrs. Some of us can only get here in lunch hour or after work. A complete shambles with zero customer service skills. Avoid

Went there last week after work at 5pm to pick up a prescription and had to wait for an hour to collect it as so many people were there waiting. There was someone who I assume had been recently hired as a manager and another guy on the counter. Both didn't know what they were doing. Then they are often closed because they have no staff to work. Just went there and again closed due to unforeseen circumstances. It is never really the staff to blame but the management above. Sort this pharmacy out.

Operational Failure since that other pharmacist left. Not sure if there is a board of pharmacies or something but this place needs reviewing. Switched away from here

People complaining about 10 days for a repeat is so far of the mark, it's 7 days there are multiple signs in the pharmacy, if people just waited for the text to say its ready instead of being impatient and going in causing more queues and problems for the pharmacy things would run so much smother, they even text you now to let you know if they are ordering medication in to complete the prescription. I have also got a text if there are stock issues. The staff at this place work extremely hard and deserve some credit huge improvements have happened here past few months.

This chemist will kill someone one day, never have tablet, alway saying on order after asking for 7 days notice for repeat prescription.
After 14 waiting and running of tablets, sent away without urgent needed medication.
