I have used this pharmacy for 35 years. Mr Lalani, Ildi and the staff provide an excellent service. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful with advice, helpful beyond all expectations and extremely kind. They also stock just about everything medical (and in toiletries) that one needs. I recommend them very highly.

I can't speak more highly about the staff at this pharmacy. I am a type 1 diabetic and have had consistent problems in the past with the communication between my GP and pharmacy leading to delays in getting my prescription. Since moving to the area a year ago these issues have ceased. All the staff working here are friendly, efficient, and importantly genuinely care for their customers. The owner ensured that my prescription was delivered to my house during the early period of lockdown when I was shielding, and made sure to ask how I was doing today when I felt comfortable enough to go in person.

As someone who requires frequent repeat prescriptions it is such a relief to have a knowledgeable and kind pharmacist nearby. I strongly recommend to those in the area!

Fantastic experience with the pharmacy. I wish I have changed my repeats to them years ago. They are very efficient and helpful. I am very impressed with their service. Usually I could get my meds on the same day as soon as GP prescribed it. Also thank you for delivering meds to those who are in shielding. Keep up the good work.

I am so thankful to have this as my local pharmacy. The staff here is always really considerate and give great guidance if I have any questions about perscriptions or products. They embody everything positive that can come from supporting local businesses. I'm never getting my perscriptions from a big chain chemist store again!

Came here for face wash and got great service. Got detailed explanation about products and skincare routine. On checkout on of workers asked my name for the invoice. After seeing my slavic name, that is popular in Russia asked “if I am from Russia” I responded that actually I am from Ukraine, then things started getting strange. She added “oh, for me all those countries are the same.” I was so shocked that I could not continue conversation, I just left. I am shocked why someone would start this kind of conversation with no clue about war in 2022 in Ukraine. If someone wants to get understanding what are you implying when asking “are you from Russia” look up in news “Bucha massacre”, this will give you good representation of what russians do and what majority of russians support

Best and most personable pharmacy I've been to. They've gone out of their way to help me get the many travel vaccines I needed and have always kept in close touch

This used to be a great little chemist that served the community really well, I now find the staff and the atmosphere awful. They lack customer service skills and have zero personality and make you feel like you’re disturbing their day if you go in or ask a question! I will definitely not be using them again, which is a shame, as I like to support local business, but these guys don’t deserve local support!

111 services gave me the number of this pharmacy in order to get some medication related advice. The gentleman who answered the phone was really not very kind, told me it needs to be checked with a doctor. (Pharmacists don't know this things? Maybe not... anyways, he was very rude).
