Docklands Pharmacy + Travel Clinic

Visiting this pharmacy is the highlight of my day. The staff know me by name and sight. I do not have to say anything and they already prepare my prescription. They are so cheerful and friendly not to mention on a professional level they are so accommodating and attentive. In this day and age it is good to know that there are people who go above and beyond to ensure that their customers receive a good service. These girls have received a place on my Christmas present list!

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years even though I moved out of the area but am happy to travel back over to collect my prescriptions.
The ladies here are amazing!!! They are always so friendly and happy to help out. They always greet us with a smile and accommodate certain requests on a professional level.
I refuse to go anywhere else and why would I when these ladies are great!

Visited this pharmacy a few times to pick up some travel essentials and the team were very helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The best pharmacy I've ever been to, I mean the people there genuinely care, service is quick, staff are friendly..... the spanish/Italian lady and the Asian girl in the headscarf need a raise :) better yet let them run the nhs 😂

I cannot praise the staff at this Pharmacy highly enough! I have been using them for my repeat prescriptions for many years and they have never let me down. In fact they go above and beyond. It is always a pleasure to go into the shop and be greeted personally and with huge smiles. So thank you to Kezan and the whole team at the Docklands Pharmacy for your kindness and professionalism at all times.🙏

I came in as my regular pharmacy didn’t have a medication in stock, but I loved the friendly service and how helpful the staff were that I switched over to have my repeats sent here! I love going in to collect my medication as the staff are always quick and very attentive.

By far the best pharmacy I've ever been a regular at – professional, knowledgable and deeply caring staff. I can't recommend the current team enough. Wonderful.

10/10 customer service very efficient team. They are really lovely people and very heart warming. They always have everything in stock.
