Terrible customer service. U feel like u r an inconvenience. My husband was given the wrong medicine. Tried to take back and get a refund but was refused. Ended up phoning round various chemists myself, ended up in penn and having to pay again. DISGUSTING!!!

Alway had excellent service and support.

Excellent service. I had to switch to this branch after problems with the branch in codsall village a few years ago. I have heard things have improved there.
Might I suggest they replace the old sign of opening times with the new one?

OPENING HOURS INCORRECT ON WEBSITE....
First thing you do when opening hours change is CHANGE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!! Twice I’ve been to get my prescription when the website says your open and you were closed 😢. PLEASE take the old notices off the door too as it’s very confusing! SO ANNOYED, come on people it’s not rocket science!!!

I have paid delivery as i can't leave the house on my own as I'm disabled...they never deliver unless i call them..which is a very big problem as they never answer the phone...I'm currently without 2 lot's of my medication and feel very unwell

Unbelievable customer service some staff excellent, until you meet the certain one we all met her wrong attitude, better of working in a factory environment
