Conway Chemist West Acton

The staff was welcoming and the pharmacist was very helpful, I ordered medicine which other pharmacy/chemists couldn’t order.

The pharmacist went out of his way to place the order and made sure my prescription arrived the next day.

Very efficient charming and helpful pharmacist and staff, I would highly recommend them.

I called my mother's doctor at 2pm and he said she needed some medication and he would send the prescription electronically to Conway Chemist. At 2:25 the doorbell rang and Conway's delivery driver was there with the medication. Simply outstanding service!

Surprisingly overpriced. £17 Vitamin drops for babies... Maybe it's fine for prescriptions, but not for essential shopping.

I am very happy with this chemist. They deliver my medication which is a huge help as sometimes I struggle to leave my house. The staff are polite, professional and friendly. They even gave me a Christmas card which meant a lot when at home alone on Christmas struggling to leave my house. They care about their costumers. Very rare to have any issues which medication collection and any issues I have had has not been their fault (medication requests not sent to them on time) however they have always sought to help me resolve them.

Nice friendly service. Lovely decor. Nice place to wait for your prescription unlike some of the other miserable pharmacies out there. Didn't even wait long, very quick and efficient service. Was writing this review while I was waiting, didn't have time to finish it so completed it in the car, that's how quick they were! Pharmacist was very friendly as were the staff.

Way overpriced! They charge almost double for everything. For something that costs £3.60 in Boots, I have been charged nearly £6! If you can, find another chemist or go to the Tesco Express on Uxbridge road, so you don't get ripped off for over the counter medications.

AVOID! Insanely overpriced!
A pack of ibuprofen costs 55p at Boots, at Conway they charge £1.79! Rip off merchants.
