Honeycomb Pharmacy

I am writing this review having seen the previous one, and it does not do this Pharmacy justice at all! I, and many people I know have been going to this Pharmacy for years, and it is one of the nicest ones I have been to. They always help me, and the customer service is exceptional. Items are even cheaper than other high street places, and they sell products that I cannot find anywhere else. It is extremely well presented and the Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and often would rather see him than the Doctor. As far as the comment on the prescription charges, if someone is going to have a private prescription they should be willing to pay the cost, or should just use the NHS.

Couldnt ask for a more lovely group of people to run a pharmacy! We have a shop near by and they are always considerate and polite! Service is really good and they will all help as and when they can. We have had falls and illnesses outside our shop and they are the people we always go to and they drop everything to help. Please come to this place, polite, personal and great staff!!

Obviously under more pressure at moment but awful service today. Prescription done electronically 10 days ago. I know it takes 24 hours for doctor to confirm and send and 24 hours for them to order. I left plenty of time. Went to collect today. Not ready. Come back in 20 mins. Queued for ages. Still not ready and a certain member of staff attitude was very bad towards her colleagues. I got told my medication was rare and not stocked. Obviously if it’s rare I need it. !! Been told to go back tomorrow as they could only supply 24/120 tablets. Seems they only ordering when people go to collect. Will be changing pharmacy.

Terrible service, as just spoke to a lady on the phone about COVID booster and she was rude and could not get off the phone quick enough. If you are dealing with the public should be friendly no matter what mood you are in.

Made a mistake that caused a lot of disruption and additional calls to 111. Then when I asked them about the issues the person was quite abrupt and blamed me for their error.

Really lovely pharmacy. Didnt have to wait long for my prescription and wasn't too busy. Friendly staff and great service. I'll definitely be returning here in future

I spoke to a female member of staff this morning over the phone regarding my prescription and was so appalled by the ‘customer service’. The lady was rude, unhelpful and nasty. This is the first and last time I’ll ever get a prescription from this pharmacy.
