Boots Pharmacy

I checked online for availability of tyrozet throat lozenge- as feeling very unwell. Said was in stock on boots website for Bramcote Lane shop but when I got there they did not have any in the shop or in stock so dissapointed after making the effort to check first. Asst very off hand about it and moved onto the next customer.

Nothing But Problems! I have been using them for some time for my prescriptions but I can guarantee that there will be a problem every time. Items frequently not ready when promised. One member of staff in particular falls well below expectations! I shall be taking my custom elsewhere in future.

Very very poor service. 9/10 I have been asked to return for a prescription. Most times after returning I've been asked to come back again because either its still not ready or not in stock. Not one day have I ever walked out with a prescription without being called to return for it.
If I've tried calling them beforehand to check if they have a certain medication in stock their lines are always engaged. Very frustrating!!.
I stopped going for a couple of years because a nearby chemist was giving very excellent service, but because this is closer I thought I would give it a try again but unfortunantly the service remains very poor.
Will not be using this chemist again. And its not only me who complains, other people have said the same thing to me.

Very rude staff both to myself and my wife. I can understand during lockdown 2 people in the store at a time, but there is a way of not shouting at people to advise them. I'm not an uneducated person and to be frank, the woman looked like she has anxiety issues.

Absolutely fantastic Pharmacy. The staff are a real credit to Boots and to the area. They always go the extra mile to help customers and with all the extra stress going on right now and how busy they are they have been a absolutely incredible to me and my family. Thank you all so much ❤

The assistants were brilliant, they helped me and even phoned my GP surgery for more help. A big thank you from me to them 👏👍

Great service from a very busy pharmacy. The staff are fantastic. Went out of their way to assist me when I ran out of essential medicines due to losing items in a house move. A credit to private pharmacies.

Over zealous staff, who ask very intrusive and personal questions in front of other shoppers. Need to put clients at the forefront of what they are doing and be a little more polite. Avoid if you can.
