Day Lewis Pharmacy South Norwood

The person on the chemist side counter very rude misbehaved and not cooporative at all. He was standing to serve but once I gave him my prescription he said I m going on half hour break and no one will serve You or you cannot be treated like a customer..
Bad bad bad company should take action against him or avoid the place because they dont really care if You are sick or not they like to be enjoying the break rather than a sick person to be served with medicine.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It's the osest pharmcy near me and 95% of time they didn't have what I wanted. Even basic stuff. Don't even offer to order prescription medicine, just says don't have it. Rude unpleasant staff. Would rather walk 15 minutes to Sainsbury's pharmacy than come here again.

Unprofessional staff, dirty pharmacy.
Only if you like wasting one or 2 day in this place to order medicine. Today coming 3 times to pick up blister which should by ready yesterday.
Not recommend at all.

One month later when medicine don’t arrive they just told me to find another pharmacy because they don’t have CAPABILITIES to sell this medicine! No body informed me and now at 17:20pm I am trying to sorting problem with morning dose from another pharmacy.

Personally I am thinking this is related to this review or maybe we are short of medicine in UK?

People who working on this pharmacy don’t have clue somebody life can by dependent from they mood.

I am preparing for official complaint, thats is not acceptable!

Been my pharmacy for 7 years now ,amazing staff they got as well.

Not sure what is going on in this pharmacy but the attitude of the staff is disgusting. The faces they make when you go in , the tone they use to talk and speak it's like you are bothering them by being there .

Very unhelpful people there, sort it out please , staff doesn't actually work , anything you ask they don't know about and sales are made trough pointing fingers.

When people order Electronic prescriptions and you have the consultation details proven you make a simple call to sort it out that is if you want to help of course , that's what helpful pharmacies do . But hey that's too much bother for you there.

I had my hep B jab today after desperately trying to get an appointment with other pharmacies. I could only do certain days because of work but Max offered to come before the opening times so he can accommodate me.

Fairly pleasant staff, over the counter items are overpriced, not very thorough or speedy but its the only chemist on the high street . Much less busy between 10am to 12pm for some reason.

Basil is amazing hard working and always helps me with my prescription and. Medicine. He’s attentive and informative delivers on time. Mrs chaudhry
