Staff members are charismatic and have great customer service. Elena and the pharmacist (sorry I forgot his name) were amazing. I had my second dose of Covid-19 vaccine there and they made me feel very welcomed. I highly recommend them!

Only used for covid jab, the jab itself was professionally given, the staff in the pharmacy not professional. I had an appointment booked with reference. Was told there were no appointments only queue. I queue for 20 mins and when I get to the front I am told another person is in front of me. I asked why. Was told he was there before me ?? Hadn't seen this person in the 20 mins I was queuing. Since staff are able to lie to me in my face I wouldn't trust their advice.

Very well organised for Covid and ’flu jabs. Additionally they take great care to make their good chair queuing system easy for those of us less mobile.

This pharmacy is one of the most complete clean and fast service I ever visited in London they'll department of perfume and they will be always ready for your prescription. Absolutely perfect timing and services and for all the things all the people required

My wife was taking her booster jab as she had an appointment and we got lucky the person applying it was nice to offer if I wanted to get mine (although my appointment was for 7 days later). Staff are definitely doing their best considering quite a few people in the queue and they are accommodating the form pre-jab; the actual application and a waiting space for after the jab. Thanks so much for being nice and warm to people.

I had to leave Europe and return to UK for vaccines. I chose JP Pharmacy as a walk in patient. The service is outstanding - I was also accommodated - and advised how to get a slightly earlier second jab because I needed 14 days after second vaccine to be allowed back into Europe - my flight was 10 days after second vaccine... Long story LOL. And because you have to wait in line you get to see how the everyday customers are also treated. This is a five star outfit. If this was my local pharmacy I would be a very happy local!
