Great pharmacy, very friendly staff. Good for aliment treatments and health care products. Prescription waiting times is pretty quick. Plus they do treatments and aliment clinic.

If I could give minus stars I would believe me! Honestly do NOT give these rude ignorant people your business. The best thing I did was take my business elsewhere, I had been using them for absolutely ages, putting up with the stroppy snide staff when enough was enough. Salma is the by far the rudest person ever - so many incidents happened where I was made to feel really uncomfortable- I sent a long email of complaint to the management (so called) and had to chase for a reply and was promised one needless to say said apology never materialised! Then today their delivery driver threw my dad’s prescription on our outside post with the worst attitude (just because we were not in when he first called)! I wouldn’t mind but we don’t get any warning when it will be delivered! This is the last straw - they are sooooooo unprofessional it beggars belief. Seriously don’t go to this “pharmacy” if you know what’s good for you you’d avoid like the plague.

Very poor customer service for travel clinic. They make you book appointment in advance and then make you wait a long time and then cancel your appointment. Don’t waste your time and money at this pharmacy. The staff book wrong appointments and after making you wait with young children they try to convince you to come back another day. Will not be returning ever.

I would urge users of this pharmacy to try and avoid using it. If you have to use this you need to be careful as they keep dispensing the wrong medication. On the last 3 occasions they tried to give me the wrong medication, had I not checked the medication I would have probably ended up in Hospital. The dispensing staff are incompetent, on one occaison they gave my medication away for free to someone else. I questioned them about it and they just brushed it away as being a rudimentary matter. The counter staff are rude and brash and need to learn good customer service, whilst the management are oblivious to the problems or simply do not care. I just hope nothing bad happens to those who use this pharmacy due to the incompetence of being given the wrong medication. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

Highly Not recommend. Unprofessional and bizzare customer service . I moved my pharmacy when I moved into the area and realised Blakeberry pharmacy is a con business and they don’t bother about patients need of repeating prescriptions . Very Bad service. The whole setup is money making business from NHS

I travelled in from Romford on Friday to have my second Covid jab. Arrived far too early and just popped my head round the door to make sure l had the right branch. I was allowed in straight away. Lovely young man giving the injections, all in all a very pleasant and friendly experience. I will recommend to others not sure where to go.

I have invariably found Mr Patel and his team to be caring and extremely helpful, for which I am extremely grateful.
