Morrisons Pharmacy

Awful. Prescription was send on Wednesday . Came to collect on Friday after 14.00 was waiting for it to be dispensed 30 min. Worst pharmacy in Chingford

- Never have items in stock
- Never answer the phone
- Rarely know the answers to questions
- Rude
- Painfully slow
- Items not ready even when prescription is delivered days in advance
- Always problems with electronic prescription

Very helpful staff especially the staff that are on Monday to Friday. Weekend staff need to unskill on their customer service.

Anna is a rude person. Tried to get my medicine she skipped me and started talking to the people behind me. Then I had to wait for 15 minutes for them to find one box. It is slow and unprofessional in all other pharmacies I have been people finish with their customer first before moving on. AVOID

They used to be so good we have used them for years. Now all I have is nothing but trouble & hassle with them. Also today was the fail straw for me when I was on the phone to one of their lady staff members. Oh my god she was absolutely rude so so rude, I had to have a go back because I wasn't going to be spoken to like that. Who ever she is her attitude stinks she shouldn't be working there if she can't be civil and polite to customers, manners doesn't cost nothing. That was it so today I changed over to a new pharmacy!

Medication is never ready when you go to collect it, even after leaving it for up to 3 days!!!!, even tried phoning to see if it was ready, but nobody answers the phone!!!! staff are quite rude and abrupt, not very helpful in the least. Perhaps some training in customer care wouldn't go a miss!!!

Unfortunately the whole Morrison’s store is not run properly. It’s got to do with poor management and likely under paid staff.
I have been thinking to sit down and write the review for few years, but the service I have received last night speeded up the process.
I need to say that I have been doing my shopping in this particular store for the last 20 years.
Had a bad experience with fish that is gone off, rood and arrogant security officer at the door.
But last night I walked in at 19:55 to get my prescription from the Pharmacy which was send in the morning by my GP and ready for collection. After I have spend 8 hours in the hospital and was in a hurry to collect my prescription I was told that they can not find it and I need to return the next day because they need to close to go home???
Guys something needs to be done in this store as the place is out of order.

My medication is never ready when I need it, have to wait for around 30 min every time, some of the older staff members have bad customer service skills.
