I have been attending this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and Chris is my favourite pharmacist., but I will also say a big thank you to all the staff old and new who have and are still working there.

You really could not ask for more. They are patient and listen to any concerns that you have and offer sound advice, but always clear that you must speak with your doctor. They have always looked after my family especially my mum and for that I am eternally grateful and thankful.

When you enter the pharmacy they greet you with a smile and will call you by your name if you are known to them. They will always ask how you are even though they are busy No one is ever ignored.

You are one of a kind. Keep up the good work.

My family and I have been using this pharmacy for years. Really by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, knowing you by name. They are knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Such a lovely pharmacy, such lovely staff.

Thank very much indeed to Chris and the team.

Really glad this is my local pharmacy - so helpful and efficient, and lovely service; the people who work there remember all the names of the customers which is really nice

Worst pharmacy ever. No empathy, no flexibility, no trust.
It’s 11:03 AM and I have been waiting outside the pharmacy for few min.
I had to pick up a prescription for someone who lives with me and can’t personally go to the pharmacy due to illness. Unfortunately I am travelling and I am not able to pick up the prescription when they re-open at 6:30PM. At 11:03 I tried to explain the situation to a robot that kept answering “the pharmacy closes at 11. It’s closed”. I kept trying to explain and said that the person who is sick may have to go to A&E and it would be helpful to have the prescription now. Honestly, 5 min.. and where on Earth a pharmacy works 2 hours on Saturday morning???
By the time this person kept answering “it’s closed” they could have looked at the prescription.

NHS 111 sent emergency prescription to pharmacy and was told to go down there for 17:30 after waiting an hour still didn’t open and no one answering my phone calls. Avoid this place.

I have used this pharmacy for many years. I've always found the staff friendly and accommodating to my needs. They are under a great deal of pressure with more patients but always have my medication ready on time.

The staff should be maintained in a good manner how to deliver a correctly medication items to their customers. They are not responsible for the checking list before handing out the medication and I have often missed out my medication. I considered that going to somewhere else for better service.

Discourteous staff member could not have been less helpful when my partner went in to get advice on medication for her insomnia.

Perhaps when working in an industry where people come to you at their lowest it would help to have some basic customer service skills.
