I went to collect my prescription, all was fine as soon as I asked about paying for a prepayment card, they just me it was all online. Which is not helpful when you don't have Internet. The staff did not respond. So because of this I had to pay for my full prescription on the spot. I cannot apply for a refund as they had no forms as its all online.

Amongst this they gave me someone else's prescription. Now I've got to go all weekend without my medication. I won't be using this pharmacy again.

Excellent pharmacy. I love the text messages to remind me to collect my prescriptions. The staff are lovely and helpful, and in all the time I have been with them, approximately 6yrs, I have never had any issues with my repeats.
