Excellent pharmacy, prescriptions are made up and ready to collect very quickly. So pleased we moved from city centre pharmacy to this one! And great customer service too.

Fantastic customer service, where other pharmacies say they're out of stock of your prescription and end of conversation, Saughall take some time searching and order it in for you same day! Really lovely staff working there!

Poor experience with the 'new ' Saughall pharmacy. We weren't notified that a week on they were unable to source our daughters prescription.
You can collect the prescription and source it yourself!!!
Which we did and prescription obtained with minimal effort by another pharmacy.

Under new management the cannot get your prescription right they don't answer the phones if you could go somewhere else I would if I was you 😜 bloody nightmare
