Although busy always friendly knowledgeable staff.

My prescription was incorrectly sent to this pharmacy and a week later they hadn’t made contact with me or the surgery. I have had problems previously with prescriptions here and there is a war going on between the 2 pharmacists on the lane. They are supposed to be community pharmacists, I don’t think so and will not be frequenting either in the future. Very disappointing, we want to support local businesses but not if they cannot provide good customer service.

I have always had excellent, professional and friendly service from this pharmacy. Highly recommended

Amazing service , kind and pleasant treatment. I was served by Beth, very gentle lady who had the patience to talk with me. Even I am isolated they sent my medicine to my home . God bless them ♥️🙏🏼

Always busy, slow service, understaffed, messy. Prefer Temple if you are on Pitshanger Lane.

I tried to get my medicine and the lady was very rude unhelpful worst pharmacy ever I recommend going to Ealing Broadway and having a look at the pharmacies there .
For a village chemist they are the worst service ever do not go !
