Sainsbury's Pharmacy

Incredibly incompetent! Lost my records even though I set them up months in advance. Just told me that it will be quicker for me to take a day off work, lose my daily pay, and go to the doctor myself, as otherwise she would have had to pick up a pen, write a bite and send it via fax. She is clearly used to being paid for doing nothing! Sadly other people have to actually work for living and deliver! I did not need this stress, which is why I have gone to them months in advance of needing the medication. I cant believe those people actually earn a salary!

Went there on 5/11/19 at 3:15 in the afternoon, no pharmacist available as he was on a one hour break. Surely there should be a pharmacist there during all their opening hours.

THE TELEPHONE IS NOT WORKING, iT'S A FAX!!!, I'M TRYING TO CONTACT YOU FOR DAYS. THERE IS NO WAY i CAN CONTACT PEOPLE IN THE PHARMACY , I NEED MY RECORDS AND I'M AWAY FROM THE COUNTRY. THE REST OF THE PEOPLE AVAILABLE AT THE TELEPHONE IN THIS SANSBURY'S ARE NOT WILLING TO PASS MY TELEPHONE NUMBER TO THE PHARMACY NEITHER. I ALSO SENT AN EMAIL ONE MONTH AGO, I'M STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY. NO WAY TO GET IN CONTACT. WHAT A SHAME OF SERVICE. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING

in my opinion i find it helpful as the staff are nice and since its a bigger shop u can get more things

The worst pharmacy on the the planet, I would’ve given 0 stars but it’s not possible. Took them 30 min to find our daughter prescription to tell us that they can’t give the medicine because their printer doesn’t work. They are extremely slow and really bad customer service. Don’t go there unless you want to get angry

The pharmacist takes an hour lunch break at a different time each day and no-one else is able to dispense. Don't bother trying to collect a prescription on your lunch break. I'm all for workers getting adequate breaks but can't Lloyds have two pharmacists or arrange other cover? This is now the biggest chemist for miles.

I order mine and my husband's prescriptions 2 weeks before we need them. I go to collect them a week after they've been approved by the Dr and they are NEVER ready. It's actually worse than the Randlesdown road Lloyd's they shut down. They need a lot more staff and they should be open the whole time the supermarket is open. I'm seriously considering changing to another pharmacy. They aren't apologetic at all either.
