Staff is always friendly. Reason for the low score was the opening hours are not good for people who needs access outside working hours. Saturday half day and not open on Sunday, made it difficult for me to visit hence I am changing to another one opening till 7pm. Also, they often locked the door and `close` a few minutes before closing time. So if you want to get there for 17.55 knowing they close at 18.00, don't bother.

Definitely unfriendly place!! Pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. Pharmacy was empty but still nodoby served me so I was waiting a lot. Also pharmacist tried to show me that he's not happy to do prescription for me suggesting me to go to another pharmacy!!!

Always very friendly and super helpful. The pharmacist even took the extra care to check why I had a persistent cough for a few months and traced it back to my new blood pressure medication. After I had it changed, it stopped. Saved me a lot of stress! His staff are also wonderful

Very helpful staff, if they're closing for the day and see that you need to get something, they'll still let you in! Good availability of products too.

I bought a pack of nurofen tablets from this pharmacy, I normally pay between £7.29 and £7.99, this caring owner decided to charge me £9.99 for same product , I do hope you really needed the £2 extra, and as for your smart comment about not having to buy, just shows your content to customers, at this difficult time, well done

Even 1 star is too much for this place! The attitude of the staff is disgusting! The only thing worst than that is the smell inside!!! I would Never go there again! Worst place in london I have ever been in
