Jhoots Pharmacy Belper

Every time I've called to collect a prescription, there's always something missing or the wrong item has been provided. I may have been unlucky each time but I can honestly say the service has never been great & plan to use a different pharmacy in the future.

This is the worst pharmacy going!

They have poor processes and service, this leads to people in need, being without essential medicine.

When challenged, they couldn’t even afford an apology, disgraceful service.

Please avoid them at all costs! The sooner they close, the better.

All the staff are very friendly and very helpful yes Perscription’s sometimes fall short with supply but there not unlike any other all pharmacies are the same . Very happy with my service.

It would be an idea to update your opening & closing hours. I had a wasted trip bcus you closed an hour earlier then stated on here!

Rubbish . They never answer the phone and the email address is not valid

Always found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and kind.

Most times my prescription is ready & waiting but not today on the day when I had had my last tablet. Guy in front of me had meds for a different customer given to him. Lucky he checked in shop & was given the right meds after pointing out error.

I have never had a problem with JHoots (Beloer). My prescriptions are always on time and correctly filled.
