If I could put 0 I would. Due to post office queue, I was finally seen to just after closing, despite getting there with a good 15 mins to spare. Lady who had the keys to door took it upon herself to be rude saying that because I had made her wait an extra 5 mins past closing, she’d ‘make me wait’ to unlock the door and let me out. Absolutely shocking behaviour and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been helped at the chemist on Friday thanks to the young blond girl at the till who proposed to track my prescription and found it. Thanks a lot, helpful and kind young lady.

I have moved to this chemist as I felt very let down by my last one.
They are like a breath of fresh air, I have had no problems collecting, everything is all ready on shelf when I get there and no one saying come back in 4 hours!!!!
Well done Wallace Pring staff 👏

Don't let your prescriptions go there.

Every time you go in there there’s complete pandemonium and there’s 20 people waiting and 1 member of staff serving and another just aimlessly walking around acting like they don’t know what to do. Just had to wait 25 mins for a prescription when it was dropped in hours ago.

I have been using this pharmacy for years, unfortunately because it is local to me. This place is dreadful, always long queues, delays, disorganised, no one ever answers the phone or it's constantly engaged, I could go on! Avoid if you can and use boots in the high street or anywhere else. Only thing handy about this place is using the post office inside at the same time.

I have just had my prescription returned to me as I had to call out this Pharmacy and it’s employees complete lack of professionalism and the capacity in which it holds itself as a safeguarded business.

I have been in the Pharmacy 5 times this week, for two prescriptions. One of which has not even been filled, the other half filled and then finally finished, two days after my first visit. I wish this was an issue of medicines being harder to obtain or out of stock but this is not a one time issue with this chemist. I am sent away with half filled prescriptions continuously and have been using them for 5 years now. How foolish of me to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Please heed my warnings...THIS PHARMACY IS FAILING IN ITS MAIN DUTY AND AS SUCH IS BORDERING ON NEGLIGENT. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague. This is not the time for people to have to make numerous visits to anywhere for essential medicines. Go to somewhere where patients are treated with respect and due care.

I was simply turned away when I expressed my disgust at how many times I have had to visit this week and have left with an unfilled prescription. They have a duty of care and are failing in that.

This pharmacy is not fit for purpose and it’s staff are incredibly unprofessional, bordering on flippant in their regard to patient care.
