Worst pharmacy ever. The staff are always chatting and rude to me and they ignore the customers, making them wait a minimum of 45mins a time. Prepared medication and prescriptions go missing all the time, often never turning up. Where is the stock control or management? There is never any apology when they give the wrong prescription or lose an item yet again. They are completely useless. I waste hours of my life every month chasing down my medication. It’s honestly awful customer service. If you have the option to go somewhere else then avoid them.

If there was a zero star option, I would choose that. The worst customer service and care! The staff and pharmacist are very rude. They were talking about a customer before me, loudly and while that customer was within hearing distance. I was left waiting while they conversed about their dog and what they ate for dinner which I felt was unprofessional and unnecessary. I was told the prescription was incomplete, even though it was expected 3 days before and because I tried to clarify if I should collect the whole prescription once it was all in stock, voices were raised and I was spoken to as if I was stupid and in front of everyone in the shop. I’m not a complainer but this service is not acceptable and therefore I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

6 weeks to get a prescription.
understand supply issues, but incorrect promises and assumptions made, then they promised to call once in (for life threatening med's), and they didnt bother to call when it came in.
then when i mentioned this, they just didnt care in the slightest.
Rude, unpleasent, and i wont be going back.

Been trying to ring them as I have a referral from NHS 111 to have an medical assessment and they didn’t pick up the phone/ (with no exaggeration) I must have called them over 100 times throughout the day and they’ve not answered their phones at all. Appalling
